The journeys and paths we pursue or follow all leave a trail revealing a part of who we are or aspire to be. And so I find myself exploring the paths I have travelled with the literal cutting of maps superimposed upon images from my travels, coupled with excerpts from a 1962 Webster’s Students Dictionary. These separate elements are layered together in the ancient preservative of wax that protects and polishes the imagery within.
